Jenny Marza is a visionary leader and passionate advocate for youth development through holistic education. As Co-Founder of Grit Academy and President of EZ Export Inc., she brings a powerful blend of operational expertise, lived experience, and unwavering purpose to her work. She is driven by a life’s mission to equip people with the tools to combat stress in a healthy way so they never feel helpless in their own well-being.
Jenny’s commitment to this mission is deeply rooted in her personal journey. Diagnosed with a ulcerative colitis at the age of 16, she spent years navigating physical and emotional challenges without the tools to manage stress effectively. By the age of 38, she had been diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis, Raynaud’s syndrome, undifferentiated connective tissue disease, adrenal insufficiency due to steroid withdrawal, fibromyalgia, drug-induced lupus caused by Humira, osteoporosis, cataracts, and primary sclerosing cholangitis. After countless prescriptions and consultations with specialists, none of which brought lasting relief, she was left feeling hopeless. The only system she had ever known to treat her conditions, Western medicine, was failing her, offering no sustainable path to healing.
This overwhelming experience forced Jenny to look beyond the conventional medical system for answers. It marked the beginning of years of research into the untapped abilities of the mind, body, and spirit—knowledge that is rarely taught, yet profoundly transformative. Through her research, she learned how to self-regulate her nervous system and support her healing in a healthy, sustainable way. She came to understand that we are not given a manual for how to care for the most important asset we have: our bodies. We are not taught how it functions, how to care for it, or how to navigate stress in a way that supports long-term health. Jenny believes this missing education is critical—and she is committed to filling that gap for today’s youth.
Jenny is adamant about sharing this knowledge with the next generation. At Grit Academy, she leads initiatives that integrate neuroscience, epigenetics, emotional intelligence, and spiritual development into youth education. Her programs are designed to help students build resilience, cultivate self-belief, and lead with intention. Through this work, she helps young people transform their relationship with stress—equipping them with the tools to meet life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and confidence.
By supporting Grit Academy, you are investing in more than education—you are fueling a movement that nurtures the whole child and prepares them to flourish in every dimension of life.
